Our internal team includes trained pastoral counsellors and lay caregivers; complex cases are referred to licensed therapists in our network.
Is this available online?+
Yes. Talk-Now sessions and select group programmes are available online for participants outside our physical hubs.

Initial intake and group programmes are free. Some specialist referrals may involve fees, disclosed transparently.
